Bob was amazing. Never once in 25 years did any of my dogs nor cats have issues with the care there. Then Bob retired. Congratulations to him. He was an amazing veterinarian. The other doctors, NO! I want to point out something to you, don't cover a cat's complete head with a towel while you pin him down in a choke hold. Failed! nails
