I am extremely pleased with the service and the staff at the Dallas-Preston location! I was able to make a same day appointment for my cat who wouldn’t eat & was dropping weight fast…I needed to get him in as soon as possible. I am so grateful that I did! everyone was so gentle with him & they immediately went into action to assist him with what he needed. I am so happy I found this place & I will return. The facility is extremely clean & modern. I felt at ease with the care & concern that was shown by the staff here. Thank you so much

Rare gem! Dr and staff was pleasant and informative. The environment is lovely and communication and exam was thorough and on point. They gave us options with our pup's care. Staff was gentle and you can tell they're animal lovers! Can't wait for our next exam. We are grateful to have Petfolk in our community. Great vet near me. I was happy I chose here because I got in quickly (had an urgent care need, Maple loves to eat stuff she’s not supposed to!! 😊🐶🤦). The veterinarians were caring and made Maple not feel scared.
