Dr. Milton & her assistant are wonderful. Our baby had been sick for a week, no other vets could figure out what was the issue , or even showed that they cared; but I’m so glad we waited for CrossRoad to assist. The amount of care and love they have for baby boy . The patience and time to run test to see what was the issue . They are beyond wonderful, words can’t fathom the amount of love and care this veterinarian has. If I could give you all 100 I would. We would continue to give them our business! I just moved to Arlington and left the most wonderful vets in Austin. But I think I found a vet and clinic at Crossroads that will be equally as good. Dr Raphael is caring and knowledgeable and the staff are as well. So happy I found them!

They accepted my dog as a new patient, all I had to do is call and book an appt. They were all very helpful and explained my pets condition and she was handled very well. However, I forgot to ask about the promo of 25$ off for our 1st visit, hi guys can I still get it? : )Thank you guys!!

The staff at Crossroads Animal Clinic are some of the kindest, gentlest people you will ever meet. They are considerate of you and your pet’s emotional state and give you a wide range of solutions to fit your financial needs. They have helped two of our dogs make the journey across the rainbow bridge and helped our family through the grieving process. Unscheduled emergency walk in with a Parvo Pup. Our experience with the doctor and staff was exceptional. The team went above and beyond to, educate, explain & help us start an affordable at home treatment.
