Great! Office is super clean and staff is incredible. We are new to Nashville and I was worried about finding a dermatologist for my chronic allergy dog. Dr O’Neill is very kind and listens to all of my concerns. She also listens to what I think will work for my dog and takes that into consideration for her treatment plan. Meredith is very polite and welcoming! Happy to have been recommended to NVD and my dog loves it there!

I have had Rocky, a 14 year old shih tzu, for 3 years. He came to me from a horrible and neglectful situation. He had gone untreated for chronic skin allergies and ear infections. Over the three years I have tried everything to help Rocky to no avail. We even considered surgery. Then one day it occurred to me that Nashville Veterinary Specialists must have a dermatologist. My vet referred us and Rocky went to see Dr. Ackerman. It took several visits but Rocky is now a different dog. His skin allergies are under control and his ear infections are manageable now. Rocky is no longer suffering. We owe it all to Dr. Ackerman. I highly recommend her and NVS in general.
