I have a very nervous dog and she was able to manage her visit with almost no stress. The facility is absolutely beautiful and calming. The exam rooms have windows in the door and wall, which helped keep her calm. Every single staff member was truly caring and kind. Dr. Mack is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me where I could understand, gave me great options to consider, and we worked together to make a game plan for my dog's care. I couldn't be happier with our 1st visit, and am so glad Coastal Creek Animal Hospital is here for us!

Very friendly and caring staff. My pup absolutely loved everyone she met. The receptionist offered to help me immediately when she realized I had my hands full with the dog and my 1yr old. The technician was very efficient in taking a history and vitals, my pup didn’t even realize what was happening! And you can tell Dr. Mack absolutely loves her job and all of the animals you meet.
