Having called numerous veterinarian offices with review ratings of 4.5 or better, I was able to actually speak with a pleasant representative who was very courteous. They were able to schedule an appointment for my new fur baby’s 10-day checkup (a miracle). The website is informative and offers teaching videos. Many of the reviews I read from numerous offices in the area spoke of concerns about money over health care so I was attentive during this initial call with Santee Animal Hospital. I was asked for a deposit at the time of scheduling but this was at the end of the call. I did have to ask about the cost for Denali’s first visit after a deposit was requested. But, after the reviews from other sites, this was handled quite well! I’m looking forward to our initial visit!

We are so blessed that our senior pets have such knowledgeable and caring veterinarians helping us with their last years! She completely explains all of her observations and the options. Everyone is nice and caring.
