We have been traveling across the country with our pups. And our boy dog had the worst itchy skin and bumps. As we called about 100 vets in multiple cities. This Banfield was so quick to get my dog in and help resolve the issue! They also called the next morning to make sure he was doing ok and I have never had a vet do that!!!! 10/10 for all over service and help! They were great!

The Banfield team has been excellent in all regards! In spite of the phone ringing off the hook, in person and on the phone, they have provided kindness and strong communication numerous times. FYI I am a "visiting" customer from Charlotte and this location is superior to my home Banfield in terms of communication and organization. Also, my interactions with the 2 vets were excellent - they showed concern for Gaston and communicated well with me. Thanks Banfield team!

I have been taking our pets to Banfield for 12 years and cannot be happier! Recently, our 12 year old lab needed more arthritis medication in a hurry due to store closures. Dr. DeFord went above and beyond to make sure we got our pup the medication needed. We can't thank Dr. DeFord and the Banfield staff enough for always doing what is best for our pets!
