The clinic was able to see our dog the same day she got hurt. The doctor did a very thorough examination and put our mind at ease. They followed up the next day to see how she was doing. Everyone was very pleasant and having moved here from Michigan we arr so glad we found Well Pets Veterinary Clinic

We sadly had to visit because our 11 year old Shar Pei/Mastiff, Sarah Jane, had experienced a significant downturn in her health. We weren't able to be seen by our regular vet so we took her to Well Pets Urgent Care. The staff was so kind and caring, giving us all the time and grace to make the difficult decision to say goodbye. There was a complication but the vet and vet tech was so so patient, taking the time to explain what was happening and why, before continuing. They helped our baby girl cross the Rainbow Bridge quietly. Thank you to all the staff for your loving and tender handling of 2 incredibly grieving puppy parents.

We love taking our pets to Well Pets! We just had a visit and the vet tech was so helpful and nice ! The vet was kind and worked with us on our dog binx ! Thanks y'all! He is chillin now back at home doing great !

I went first thing on a Saturday morning and was taken right in. They took great, and fast care of my dog and even worked with me to use recent bloodwork results so I didn't have to pay more for extra ones there. They were extremely gentle with my dog who was in pain, and explained everything thoroughly and simply. It was worth driving all the way to Irmo to go see them, and it wasn't as expensive as I was anticipating.

The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and even though there was a longer wait due to high volume, they made sure to keep me updated with when I was next. I had to leave my cat for a few hours and when I came back for pick up, they were quick to get me updates and again so friendly. The vet techs/ vet were very friendly and thorough and answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I left feeling at ease knowing they did all they could to get me the answers for my cat! They also followed up the next day and made sure everything was going well and made sure to communicate that they were available for any further questions!
