Dr. Josh and his staff are amazing!! We took our bunny in for an ear infection and our kitty in for a URI and they took awesome care of both of them!! They started feeling better right away after started on meds. Dr Josh is super patient with us and our fur kids. This was our first visit and everyone was so nice. They were able to hold our 98 lb GSD still long enough to take X-rays without sedating him, and he wasn't overly stressed out afterwards. Not an easy task - he's very strong. It was great getting answers so quickly without needing to be referred elsewhere. Thanks! In the picture: Max was a fan of the low windows on the doors.

It was my first time taking my bunny in to see a veterinarian and Sugar Creek Animal Hospital was wonderful. Their website is easy to navigate and has all the information you need before arriving at your appointment. Everyone I met was very friendly and they respect your time. I had an 11:30am appointment and was seen on time. In addition, you can tell that the people there genuinely have a passion and care for animals. I was nervous about the cost for the visit, and was surprised when the amount was lower than I anticipated. The principal veterinarian was very knowledgeable and ran multiple tests to appropriately diagnose the condition of my bunny. Thank you all for a great experience and for treating Tiffany. ☺️

They are always nothing but the absolute best! First came here when my Nana’s dog Bella had diabetes and became a senior dog, now bringing my new puppy Fenway in because I am always so impressed by everyone who works there. They care so much and I recommend them to everyone I know with pets! Today even, my puppy was being hyper and teethy, Dr. Ames brought out a small chew toy for her. They go above and beyond!
