This was our very first visit at Telford Veterinary Hospital. From the first moment we entered the office, we were greeted by friendly faces, treated with respect, and my sometimes difficult dog was shown love and understanding. I love the fact that HE came first. They made him feel calm and comfortable, moving slowly and demonstrating great patience with him and his owners! We are first time pet owners, and didn’t know what to expect. We were so impressed by the caring nature of everyone and how thorough they were with our dogs care.
