To receive the news that my dog offically had lymphoma over a text message was extremely unprofessional and distasteful. I had so many questions, but why would I take the time to ask an office that clearly doesn't care about my boy. All they care about is $$$. Avoid this place at all costs. The staff at Blue Pearl in Malvern were amazing with my boy, I'd highly recommend them over dealing with such a heartless veterinary hospital like this one.
