I had an urgent need for my 16 week old puppy to get seen, my regular vet couldn’t make time for me. I called Viking within 90 minutes of them closing and they told me to come right over AS A NEW PATIENT!!! The staff was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was a little emotional and I felt as ease as soon as Dr. Heiken entered the exam room. I was met with honesty and facts of the situation. I didn’t feel rushed and had all my questions answered. This initial visit was exactly what I was hoping for I can’t express my gratitude enough for the care my Raven received. I will be transferring all 6 of my pets to Viking. To say this vet is top notch is an understatement….quite frankly I was tired of vets being in it just for the money. I wanted someone who genuinely cared about our pets. This is exactly what you get here. Their compassion for our animals is nothing short of amazing while still getting the proper care they need. All I wanted was someone who cared for my dog as much as I did and this is what you get here… I have already told a few people and will continue to go out of my way to refer people because they are the best…thank you Viking veterinary for being top notch!
