We’ve had good experiences. The ladies at the front desk are professional and nice. The techs have handled our pups well and explained everything they did. The vet is professional, no nonsense and personable. All in all I have no complaints. Thank you for taking care of our fur babies.

Not at all satisfied with this veterinary team. My dog has a large lymph node tumor on his neck and it needs to be removed. I’ve had two appointments at this place and both appointments fell through because of the fact that I did not get the phone call the day before like every veterinary care does advising the appointment. Not only that they only call one time and if your voicemail is full or they don’t reach you that’s the one called you get and that is it. The veterinary care manager is one of the most rudest and unprofessional speaking person I’ve ever dealt with. I am very concerned for my dog along with being straight and direct when speaking to the staff. She goes to tell me that I am abusive to her staff and that they don’t keep track of everybody’s appointments. So instead of diffusing the situation she continue to talk to me in a very condescending way, putting accusations that I am rude to the staff etc. This was so not appreciated at all. Unfortunately this animal hospital not only has wasted my time I absolutely do not trust them to even perform any assessments or surgeries going forward on my dog. I found a different animal hospital to treat him. After explaining the series of events they were horrified to hear the experience that came out of Berwick veterinary care. Maybe because I am from a different dissent, because my last name tells it all or maybe I’m just not a vetted well-known local that reaps the privilege and was may be treated this way. I do not recommend for newcomers to the state and town to bring their animals there to be treated especially on a time sensitive issue because if you don’t have the pull the privilege then your animal is at risk. Absolutely terrible
