It appears that there may have been some turnover at this location. However, the staff were incredibly kind. I showed up for my appointment and had the wrong week and they checked with the team to be able to fit me in, as I had an urgent need for my cats. This is the first time that I met with the vet that was on staff. He brought up information that no other vet had brought up before such as: oral hygiene and weight. My cats did not seem to enjoy the process and they mentioned that it could be due to the fact that the vet tech had not washed her hands in between seeing patients. Everyone makes mistakes but this could have serious consequences.

They called me to confirm my appointment in the morning the day of, I take off work and go only to be turned away due to their building being “not up to code” they didn’t even call me to let me know or even offer to reschedule after. Terrible first impression.

Our German Shepherd puppy has been coming here and Rebecca has been fantastic with him. He is an energetic dog, and the staff at VCA Raleigh Hills know exactly how to handle him. They are knowledgeable and have answered all of our questions, and given us some great recommendations. Bandit and his people are thankful. 🐾

Extremely knowledgeable staff, very sweet and polite and personable. They really take a lot of time to explain how your pets condition is and what needs to be done if anything. Their Wellness Plan is the only plan I have found that covers dental!
