I used to be a food only client for my older cat, but I recently got a kitten and decided to bring him here as his primary vet and I'm so happy with the services. Dr. Dhillon is very attentive and gentle with your pets, all the staff are so kind and are passionate about animals. Their prices are very reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for vet in Durham!

Dr. Dhillon and the team are absolutely wonderful! They were right on time for Sarah’s appointment and made the whole process so smooth. Got her vaccinations done and even helped us with a CFIA and travel certificate, taking the time to really understand the specific requirements for our trip. The prices are super reasonable, and the staff? So kind, patient, and genuinely caring—we felt completely looked after. Big kudos to the amazing supporting staff. Highly recommend this place!

I'm a regular visitor at this veterinary clinic, and I can't sing their praises enough! 🐾 The staff is incredibly friendly and has consistently gone above and beyond in caring for Dexter, particularly when he faced a persistent ear infection. If you're a pet parent in the Pickering area, I wholeheartedly recommend paying them a visit. Your pets will receive top-notch care and attention!

They staff are very kind and understanding. I have a nervous dog and one of my cats has an attitude, but they handle them professionally. I’ve also had to experience pet loss and they were really wonderful about it despite those days being among the worst days of my life.

Great place for your dogs and cats!! I can not say enough about this place. So very thorough in examination and explanation of the issue with her teeth. He is very honest and straight forward. He showed me pictures and graphs of her teeth. She needs a lot of dental work. He also takes care of our dog Ridiculous and he has wicked unknown allergies to something to something environmental, they took the time to explain different options etc. The prices are so reasonable. So please if you need a vet, look no further, this it. Thank you.. UPDATE Thank you so much for coming to the house to see our dog!!! Even after the fire in July, you all are so accomadating!! I would give you a million stars!!!!! We will be waiting for you when the repairs are done to your office. IF YOU NEED A VET, BAY RIDGES IS YOUR PLACE. Best care anywhere, period.
