Made an appointment for Thursday at 5:00 pm. They called to confirm my appointment that very day at 1:28 pm. Arrived at the clinic with my dog and wife at 4:40 pm. First thing I noticed was a closed sign. I read the times it said it was supposed to be open on Thursday from 10-2 and 4-6. Again it was only 4:40. We rang the doorbell several times and even called their number at least five times. No one was there. Terrible customer service. Can’t speak to their actual interior or their vet care, never experienced it.

Too expensive. Service sucks. Rude. Bait and switch office visits. When you think you’re seeing a vet, they pull some other service so you pay more and have to come back to see the vet again. Not impressive vets. This clinic wouldn’t survive in a bigger city.
