We knew our dog Chino was in pain. I called multiple veterinary offices and everyone had a long wait list. West Toledo Animal Hospital, got us in the day both my husband and I were off work. And we're wonderful, getting Chino ready to be put down. They were caring, and very sympathetic. We had to take my 15year old son to the visit because my husband and I couldn't carry Chino to the car by ourselves. The vet staff was wonderful getting all of us through the emotional time. He was my son's best friend, they grew up together. I will definitely bring our next dog to this veterinary office. They were great helping us get through losing our family member. Thank u

Have been using this as our vet for a couple of years now. Our cat got very sick last summer and they were kind enough to get us in for a same day appointment and quick treatment plan and quite literally saved our cat's life. I LOVE that they offer appointments later in the evenings. Busy clinic so not always able to get in as quickly as I'd like for nail trims, but never longer than a couple of days.

I love the staff here! We went in last night with our dog, Mason. He was almost 14 years old. After hearing the results of the exam, we made the difficult decision to send hom over the rainbow Bridge. The doctor and assistant were very kind and compassionate. They gave us all the time we needed to make the decision then say goodbye. They allowed my mom to hold him as he went and even took his favorite blanket to be cremated with. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a place to take their pets. Thank you for everything. You guys are amazing.

They took such great care of my dog Dakota. We had an emergency with our dog and they got us in fast and were kind and compassionate. The whole staff was great and I’m happy to be taking Dakota to such a great place.
