Extremely happy with the service we received at Faithful Friends. Our Beagle was in for surgery to.remove a large mass from his leg. Dr Hoffman and staff were very thorough in explaining all of the details. They gave text updates as he went into surgery, and when he came out. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were given an estimated range for the surgery costs and it come in at the lower end. That's always helpful for us pet owners! I highly recommend Faithful Friends!

Let me tell you. We have 3 dogs, plus one deceased. Three were rescued and all have super weird medical issues. We are in our mid-30s now and have been through at least 5 vet practices in the past 15 years in central Ohio. Honestly, they have all been great. I think it’s hard to go wrong. However, Faithful Friends crosses the line into absolutely phenomenal. The amount of time they spend with us, the comfort they deliver to our fur babies, their patience, their commitment to explaining exactly what’s happening and laying out every option for treatment without judgment… I’ve never met a medical professional who is so willing to go above and beyond for my pets (or honestly for humans). The communication is excellent, they check up on my dogs regularly after a sick appointment, they call me personally to relay information and offer to answer questions, and they’ve made themselves available for urgent but not quite emergency situations on weekends/holidays when it’s reasonable and called for which absolutely blows my mind. These are wonderful human beings and I’m so grateful we have landed with them 💕

I was recommended Faithful Friends by my mother in law, and we would never go back to another vet. They are so caring and sweet about our babygirl, and we love them so very much! Dr. Saffire is one of the most knowledgeable and supportive professionals we have ever worked with, and we will forever recommend Faithful Friends to people in the Columbus area!

Dr Hoffman is incredible with our puppy and with me as learning dog momma. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and patient, and I feel she has our puppy's wellbeing as her priority. There are many other vet options closer to our home and we make the trek to Faithful Friends because of the great care from Dr Hoffman and team.

The staff at Faithful Friends is so helpful! Very knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. I can’t recommend this practice enough! I bring my dog to them, and when I needed to bring my parents’ dog in while they were in from out of town, they were able to get him seen and get him on the mend quickly. The care all the staff gives to the pets and owners is so appreciated.
