My recent visit is why I'm leaving this review. I had to say goodbye to my pet hamster. This was so difficult for me and sad, but from the moment I called, to the time I left, the amount of care, compassion, and attentiveness was beyond anything I could have ever hoped for. First of all, they got me in the same day which was amazing. The lady at the front desk who checked me in was very kind and checked in on me and how I was doing. They also had a candle lit with a sign for people saying goodbye to their pets. The two wonderful ladies that were involved in my hamsters care were so great every step of the way. Explaining everything in detail, offering options throughout, as well as they were so very gentle and kind to my pet. They surprised me with a leatherbound framed pawprints stamp of my pet and I can't even express how much that meant to me, such a special gift that touched my heart and I'll cherish forever. They also offered and let me check out privately in the room, and even let me walk out a separate door from the front entrance. All of that is to say, there is a reason this veterinary practice is so highly regarded. If you go here, you WILL receive the utmost care for you and your pet. Your pet will be treated with so much respect and care no matter how big or small. Very thankful for this practice. Edit to add: I was also sent a card in the mail, these folks truly care and go above and beyond.

The boarding facility here is fantastic! I do not trust anyone else to care for my sweet dog when we go away. Laurie has always gone above and beyond to make sure Max is well taken care of. He has some health issues which makes him more difficult. It takes extra time and effort but she does whatever it takes to handle it and she does a fantastic job! Highly recommend!!!
