Updated: I have now been to this clinic with 4 other pets and had the same amazing experience each time. 🩷 This was my first trip to Gem City Vet with my kitten, Korok Seed. The staff was spectacular. They were ALL kind, patient, informative, empathetic, and friendly, even when faced with an impatient client they remained steadfastly cordial and sweet. The doctor and her tech/assistant were fantastic and fast and handled my kitten with care even as he acted like a brat. I will be referring all my grooming clients here who need routine and wellness care, and my other pets as well. The cost was so affordable and the facility is clean and comfortable. Thank you for what you do. Korok thanks you too even though he doesn't know it ;)

Great people who care about the health of your pet a busy pet clinic for those who are low income. They do take walk- ins, but its not a good idea.( As a walk- in,we waited four hours to have our cat seen) I advised to make an appointment if possible.

The staff here are the kindest and most compassionate people! They will work very hard to address the needs of your fur babies and the staff here take care of them like they are their own family. Gem city is the provider I trust most with my babies’ care.
