Our puppy Rio had a really bad ear infection. We did not have an appointment, but they were so helpful in accepting walk ins. They updated us that they had a lot of appointments, but they were available to see him in the afternoon. Great communication skills with the receptionist with the nurses and with the vet. We are so happy Rio is doing well.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They do not have the best interest for your little loved one, all they care about is getting their money. The receptionist is incompetent and does not know how to provide good service.

I have taken my cat to her annual consultation and , I have neutered her and I have felt satisfied with the service. the assistants are always very friendly, the prices are affordable and I feel safe taking my cat to this place. I recommend it for those who are hesitant to take their pet to a vet. For people like me who leave work late we can find appointments in the afternoon.

First time visiting a vet since adopting my cats and I was very pleasantly surprise. I did a quick research of reviews on Google and it convinced me enough to purchase their groupon for $99. Ended up spending $180 with 2 vaccines that my cat needed. Wait time was a little long considering I had a appointment and I had done the paperwork ahead of time. The staff from front desk, to the medical personnel and doctor were very pleasant. Overall, I was at ease with the compassion I saw that the staff had for all the different animals that were there. All my questions were answered and I left feeling good about the visit. My cat seems happy and not at all annoyed or scared. This will be my go to place going forward for all my cats needs.
