Not promotional at all. I called and asked if you were taking new puppies. Was told no. Can't say you're affordable if you aren't willing to work with new people. So yes I did talk about my now veterinarian and how they take new people in my last review. Because I didn't want new comers wasting there time with trying to get in. 😒 Thank you for further validating my review as a 1 star though.

Dr. Ramos and staff are the best. Dr. Ramos is so caring and treated my dog Mac so gently. When it came time to end his suffering she was so gentle with him and gave us time for our goodbye. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Mac loved going to her office.

I have been going here for years, I have 2 Siberian huskies that we take to Lillian, She saved our black and white husky the very first time we went to her. Our husky was so weak from what was ailing her, she couldn't walk and had lost 15 lbs, we took her to lillian and she quickly diagnosed her with ulcers, she was treated and got healthy again, then in both huskies she removed tumors., they are both fat happy healthy huskies now! We are now going to add ferrets to her patient list! We wouldn't ever go anywhere else.
