Caring....precise....care with great follow up. The office staff went to great efforts to schedule my dog Freddie, even though we were new clients. They called me within minutes of a cancellation, so my dog could be seen. Dr. Fitzgerald was caring and is a good listener. She is responsible for making significant inroads in terms of bringing my16 dog back having 'quality of life'. Yes! De.Lovisa is a wonderful Veterinarian. She is so good with my dog Flash. She takes her time and explains to us what Flash is having done, like vaccine and blood work. She ask alot of questions in regards to Flash's daily lifestyle to see if anything is going on with his health.

All of the staff, from the front desk personnel to the vet techs to the doctors, are very patient and understanding of my Troy’s unique personality. They are also very patient with me as I ask a lot of questions. The doctors explain things clearly in layman’s terms and want to make sure that I understand everything they’re telling me. I have recommended the practice to others already and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again. Thank you for all that you do for your animal and human clients!
