I had a horrible experience. The added stress from my cat being upset was not helped by the service. I made an appointment for a rabies shot, thinking the whole time my cat was getting that shot. I prepaid for rabies before hand when I adopted him. But once I went to the front to make the next prepaid appointment for his neuter, they charged me for a shot I did not ask for nor did I know what he was getting!! I was so stressed from the experience that I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible so I just ignored it. I love the vet who treated my baby a lot but I’m young and people always try to take advantage of me! After I’m done with his neuter I’m never ever going back. Please do better Roswell! It shouldn’t be this hard to communicate with your patients.
