This was our first visit here. Very friendly and helpful staff. I have a rambunctious pittie that is not dog friendly. And they accommodated for us with ease. They also had a very clean exam room for us. Which was very much appreciated, especially coming in with a dog having an allergic reaction already going on. Staff was very knowledgeable and presented us with a solution. Overall a great experience. You can tell that they really love animals. I just found our new veterinarians.

I’ve been taking my rabbit here for 6 years and Dr. Powell and the staff are always so accommodating, kind and compassionate. Last week, my rabbit was having GI issues so I took her into the vet and sadly passed away. Dr. Powell did all he could do to try and help save my rabbit, but sadly she didn’t make it. Him and his staff were very understanding and helpful during this hard time. They assisted us in a cremation for my rabbit & I just received everything back today. They packaged everything so nicely. They gave me beautiful footprints of my baby with her name engraved on it. They also packed pieces of her fur in 2 little bottles with bows on them, a certificate and her ashes in a beautiful box. Even though my rabbit is not with me anymore and I am devastated, the vet and staff made me feel better with all their care and kindness during this hard time. I appreciate them and their help so much. I recommend bringing your babies here because the vet and staff take such great care of the pets and they are all amazing.

Hi everyone it is Lee Day please pass this message on so no other animals die in a VCA animal hospital hands around the country It has been four weeks since I lost my sweet baby Hazel the sugar glider because the @vcamorrisplains Plains Animal Hospital New Jersey did not care about her when I asked Dr joseph Powell are they going to be ok are they going to die his cold answer was I am not a genie the next morning when I woke up at six in the morning found Hael dead!!! called them with Hazel dead in my hand they said Dr. Powell does not work on Fridays i said to get in touch with him and let him know my baby is dead do you think they even called me back on monday answer No!!! but they sure care about the money that is all they care about!!! put my charge on the dispute and they rejected it I am not done till I put that the hospital name VCA Animal Hospital has more than a bad name when Rainbow is now my friend because I adopted her sugar Gliders Sara and Amy and she sees our girls every night by video chat she called them to straighten this out and get my money back when they heard my name Lee Day they hung up in her face that shows they are guilty of no doing the right care for my girls VCA Morris Plains Animal Hospital New Jersey this message is for all of the staff and dr Joesph Powell #vacanimalhospitalshavenoloveorcompassionforanimalsjustmoney!!!!

We have been bringing our pets here for more than 20 years. Small animals, birds and dogs. They have always been great. They were awesome again today. Dr. Armani, new to us, explained what she thought was wrong, the reason for each test/treatment and let us pick the option we thought best. Everyone was willing to wok with me to communicate (I am deaf).They are handicap accessible with both van sized parking spots and wheelchair ramps. The only trouble might be with the doors. They use a double door system so pets can't easily escape. They have been accredited since 1970. Their name changed from the Animal Clinic of Morris Plains the VCA at some point. They support the 4H club. Always clean and friendly.

They sedate my aggressive rescue dog and groom him… he looks very cute… all services are provided at same time. Very professional and staff is very friendly!
