Dr. Vaino was compassionate during my sadness of letting go of my fur baby Teena. She was extremely informative of what she was administering to my fur baby , she walked me through everything while I held her and said goodbye . Dr Vaino is the consummate professional. She is kind, attentive and compassionate. In-home euthanasia is a calm, peaceful passing for your pet. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful passing of our beloved Cavalier King Charles, Mia. Thank you Dr. Vaino. You helped make a terrible day less painful.

Dr.Vaino was wonderful, she allowed our sweet Luna to pass comfortably in her own home, in her favorite spot on the couch, surrounded by her family. It made the unbearable a little less so for us, and I know it was the best thing we could do for our girl.

My family is very grateful to Dr. Vaino & Doorway To Heaven for genuinely guiding and comforting our family during the entire process. They were very accommodating and also helped guide us to the after process we chose. The professional communication was definitely there at all times. I am so happy with the decision to use Dr. Vaino’s services for my dog, Cohen, who was 18 years old. She helped him transition from being a beloved, handsome dog here on Earth to becoming the angel I knew he’d get to be. Once dialing her number, a voice message lets you know you’ll receive a text message and all scheduling/quoting was done via text. I thought this was a very intelligent way of communicating because, at the time I was making the call, audible words felt impossible. As much as I’d wished to have an exact time of arrival, I now completely understand the need for a two hour arrival window. Dr. Vaino takes her time, explains the process, and allowed me to take the time I needed as I said goodbye to Cohen. I imagine she does the same for all her clients which is why an exact arrival time may not be feasible. I am grateful for you, Dr. Vaino for releasing Cohen from his achey body and freeing his soul & spirit. ♥️🌈🐾
