Sagamore has a great staff! All is generous kind and nice. Dr. Shaeffer if I spelled it correctly lol sorry DOC if I misspelled your name wrong but the doctor took really good care for my pet Cockatiel “Spock”. Took his time and definitely made all I requested for Spock to be done and he definitely made it happen with his assistance. Whitney is a another person that really helped out with us at Sagamore was so nice and patient going through everything that needed to be done as well with Spock’s International Health Certificate so he could fly over seas on time. Thank you to the Sagamore crew!!!

Dr. Dichter was absolutely amazing and so was Heather. They both addressed every concern I had even though my initial appointment was for one thing. I left feeling so much better and my little puppy dog Ruby is excited to see them again. Both of us thank you!

I recently got a new kitten. Looked around for a new vet. Last one I took my other kitten too never made it home after a routine surgery. The staff here is so accomodating and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Sagamore Hospital since Mike first opened up his practice. All of the staff have always been friendly and helpful and compassionate when we must say goodbye to a beloved friend. They are prompt delivering awaited results from the lab work. It is easy to see they love their job, especially when dealing with the pets. Ele Vogt

I've had some great vets in the past, but they all pale in comparison to Sagamore. The entire staff is so nice and fantastic with animals. The prices are fair. But most importantly, the direct communication with the vet is INSTANT and so attentive. Those of us with rabbits understand how critical immediate action is. Things turn so fast. The instant my rabbit developed a cough, I emailed Dr. Schaeffer and he got me some antibiotics without having to stress the rabbit out by bringing him in on a Friday afternoon. Then, when my fiancee arrived after closing time to get the meds because of a miscommunication, they let him in. Because of this level of care my rabbit is back to being himself. I'll never need another vet!
