Hopkinton Animal Hospital is wonderful and I can't begin to say enough good things about them. The entire staff-from the secretaries, to vet techs, to veterinarians, are caring and compassionate. The customer service is excellent and they go above and beyond to accommodate you and your pets. Twice now, we have had emergency situations with our ferrets. Both times they moved heaven and earth to squeeze us in and even did a same day emergency surgery. We drive three hours one way to receive services through Hopkinton. Quality care for exotics is extremely hard to find, but Hopkinton provides excellent care no matter what species. They have exotic certified specialists in the building and can do a full range of diagnostics and surgeries as well as regular care. I highly recommend Hopkinton. You will not be disappointed!

Absolutely amazing staff at both locations. They have seen my hedgehog and both of my dogs. I always feel welcome, respected, appreciated, and that my animals are in the very best hands. I’m so grateful that I found this place and would recommend them to anyone who is particular about the care of their pets. Can’t say enough good about this practice.

I am so so grateful for Hopkinton Animal Hospital !! They took such great care of my boy,thumper (rabbit)!!Dr. Richard is amazing, caring, and very understanding! She takes her time with her patients to lower the stress level for the patient and to learn all about her patient(s) Also a HUGE shout out to Paige and Haley for making his intake and discharge so smooth and low stress!! Not only were the receptionist, technicians, and doctors amazing but their atmosphere had my bunny so relaxed! He has never been so calm in a new environment and for this I am thankful! As soon as we arrived they already had an exam room ready for him! Will absolutely be referring others to this Hospital. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My recent visit was absolutely wonderful. They handled my guy with such gentleness and care. He was very comfortable and not nervous. Always a wonderful experience and I recommend them all the time.

Rufus had TPLO surgery, and the vet and staff at Hopkinton Animal Hospital were kind, educational, and professional. I spoke to three different vet hospitals and they were the kindest and best rate I found in the concord area. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.
