Urgent Pet Care West

I never imagined my own dog would have an emergency so of course it would happen after hours. We called right away and were able to be seen just as quickly. My family was met with professional warmth and kindness. Everything was explained thoroughly; being a LVT really helped as I knew the steps needed to be taken anyway but the staff wasn’t aware of this fact until later. Both the VA and Vet were quick, thorough, and compassionate. I know times are hard now for our field and I so greatly appreciate the help we received. There’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes most people don’t know about. I felt confident as a fellow Vet Med member that my heart dog was safe and well cared for. Thank you UPC for all you do and all you will do for others!!

They where open at a convenient time on Sunday morning. Our pet had an injured paw. The staff was great with us and our pet . They explained what the cost would be for a consult and after the consult what it would be for the treatment. So no surprise bills. I believe it was a fair price considering its an urgent care and was open on a Sunday. Really appreciate what you guys do.

I've had to take 3 different pets here and each time the staff rocked. Always call ahead because they are not like a hospital ER, they can take only so many patients at a time. I'm sure it's hard telling people they are full. They helped 2 of my pets pass away peacefully and were so kind to me too. Very thorough and each staff member was kind. I'm so glad they are available when they are.

We had to visit Urgent pet care west a few weeks ago, we called prior to our arrival and were seen shortly after getting there. They provided great care for our dog. He had to stay overnight and they kept communication with us throughout his stay and checked on him a few days aft discharge. I was confident and comfortable with care my dog was receiving because they always gave good updates and information regarding his care. They were upfront with the cost of care and were always willing to do what was best for our pup. I would highly recommend for other pet owners!

Came in with a suspicion that my baby had some potty issues going on. This place was phenomenal. The team was prompt, informative, walked me through the process and gave me all the information on what was going on and what other possibilities could be. My fears and worries melted away with my cat in their care. We are home and happy now.
