I absolutely love the staff here. They were amazing when I had my French Bulldog for 11.5 years, and now they are fabulous with the 2 year old Blue Nose Pit Bull we just adopted who has heartworm. I Highly recommend this vet.

Highsmith is the best animal hospital I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot. The crew is amazing. They’re so friendly, caring, and helpful. I’ve brought both my fur babies here, and they’re always in good hands. Dr. Anderson is the best. It’s very rare, but they’re so reasonable priced. The best!

Highsmith veterinarians are amazing. My grand puppy Peggy is suffering from lymphoma. They I have to go to take Peggy for blood test nearly weekly since September. This is a pricey procedure as is the chemo that they are doing it NC State. But the care she is getting locally is incredible. The veterinarian is encouraging the staff is loving and they are very efficient with your time. I really like this veterinarian and I think if you're in the market for one you should give them a try.

I have been taking my eldest fur baby here for just over 10yrs now (not pictured). Excellent and friendly staff, affordable and carrying. As you can see Ms. Stella was very comfortable at her first visit to the vet.
