New to the area, I brought in my 10 yo Golden Retriever to establish care and to discuss some health issues he has. The front office staff were very helpful and friendly, they made me feel welcome and made sure that they had everything, including his records, ready for his visit. The vet tech was very thorough with triaging Cooper, taking his vitals and history, and also very sweet. Both she, and the veterinarian, got down on the floor to conduct the examination very thoroughly. The vet answered all of my questions and concerns, spent more than my share of time with me and Cooper, getting to know his history, listening to me explaining his medical problems, conducting the exam, diagnosing him, and loving on him. All the staff were very professional but also showed their love for animals, giving him pets, cuddles, and interacting with him as if he was their own, and they received Cooper kisses in return. I was confident that my furbaby's health and wellbeing was of utmost importance to everyone at the clinic and we are very happy with the visit. Definately using this team for my dog's medical care. 10/10 would refer.
