Ideal pet care has been my first vet and go to since being here in NC on my own with my pups. They have always taken outstanding care of them and done their best to make sure they get the proper care or treatment to be on the path of health. While getting appointments is difficult, having worked as a vet tech myself in TN I know how fast days book and so I have never once been quick to judgement when they can’t see us. I wish they did accept emergencies quicker, but like I said, things get booked and chaotic fast. But all around from the front desk to the back and on the tables everyone here is the best. I don’t think you will find a better vet to trust your fur babies with in this area.

I have taken all of cats here so far and every single time has been amazing! The staff is super friendly and understanding while their prices are AMAZING compared to any other vet. 10/10 recommend

Had to make the decision to euthanize our 20 yr. Old cat Carrie 🐈 ❤ Never easy, But the folks here at Ideal Pet Care were professional, sweet, caring the entire time. Quick! Efficient! Polite! I usually hate vets offices and thing their prices are ridiculous. This place is reasonably priced and the standard of care is great! Everyone I interacted with was so polite!
