Our dog was hit by car and to have surgery for her back hind legs we bought her in but they were filled up and no room to take her so she had to stay and VEG in Cary until NCS is ready to take her which was fine. The next day they checked her in early were efficient and caring. DR came up with best plans for her situation and surgery went well. They kept us informed the whole time. I personally feel there’s so much love here with how they handled our Ruby with great care . It’s the best in the states in my eyes!

The staff there are amazing. We were referred there because my Big Boy Bob has some special issues and is having surgery this week! The only thing I can really say is if you're fur baby is really sick or you just want to literally have the best care and can drive there it's worth it.

If I could give zero stars I would. These vets have zero compassion for animals or people. They did not even try to save our dog and immediately said just put her down. We were sent there bc they were supposed to be the best in the Southeast with all resources to possibly save our dog but instead they did not not even try and did not care either but yet still charged us $4,000 even though they did nothing to help our dog.
