Dr Daniel was absolutely amazing! I brought my ferret Luna in that had early signs of adrenal disease and she was very kind and helpful in educating me a little more about her treatment and the disease. This place is very honest and affordable. Only charged for the treatment needed and didn’t try to add on unnecessary services. I would rather drive the 30 minutes for this kind of care

I had a sick kitty over Memorial Weekend and this office went above and beyond to squeeze me in and get my girl seen. It absolutely felt like they cared as much about my baby as I do and that means the world to me. I live 40 minutes away, but I am absolutely willing to take all my babies to THIS office. When you find a phenomenal vet office that cares the way this office does, you stick with it. They gained a loyal customer in me!!!

Sadly, I had to take my pet rat, Cookies, to cross the rainbow bridge today. Animal Ark of Brassfield provided us with such a caring, dignified experience. When I called to schedule the appointment, they were so kind, knowledgable, and compassionate towards my situation. When we arrived, they showed us to a comfort room, with couches, tissues and a nature view. I was able to hold my baby during the whole procedure and be by his side as he passed. Dr. Paul was sensitive to the situation, caring, understanding and provided us with a peaceful passing. When the procedure was over, I was given some time to be alone with my baby. Animal Ark provided me with a small burial box, let me pay from the room and walk out a side door so I didn’t have to walk through the lobby upset. I cannot thank the staff here enough for making such hard circumstances as smooth and dignified as possible. Taking your pets here will ensure they are treated with respect, kindness and love. Know they are in good hands here. Thank you again to the amazing staff at this location. ❤️

We had the most wonderful visit here as a new patient. From the moment we walked in the people at reception were warm, understanding, and empathetic. Our vet tech, Emily, was very nice and helpful. We saw Dr. Daniel and she was great too!!! Can’t say enough positive things about our fantastic experience! Thank you to everyone who works there and truly cares.
