As an emergency vet nurse, I have a high standard of medicine and high expectations for my personal pets. My youngest dog has a lot of chronic health conditions and anxiety but Dr. Higgins, Caiti, and Amber treated her as if she was their own. I wouldn’t trust anyone else in the area with her general practice medical needs. Truly a beautiful and compassionate staff.

I cannot express enough how wonderful the team at this establishment is. As a crazy dog parent, there's no one else I'd entrust with my three huskies. Dr. Higgins has been caring for my oldest since he was 4, and my younger ones since they were pups. I followed her to this location because of the exceptional care she provides. The level of expertise, professionalism, and compassion exhibited by everyone here surpasses my highest expectations. If you're seeking top-notch care for your pet, GoodVets Plaza is unmatched. Truly would follow them all anywhere.

Aw my pups (and I) felt ALL the love. Staff was great. The doctor was really nice. I think we made a great decision by coming in for biannual exam. My dogs were both at ease and had wagging tails throughout our visit! Way better than Banfield but leaps and bounds!

Best vet in Charlotte! After visiting 4 different vet clinics, GoodVets has the most transparent, reasonable pricing & overall just the best service. Some vets try to "sell" you, whereas GoodVets simply cares for your pet and fixes the health issue in a precise way. Amazing team over there & I've switched to them for all future care for my dog.

I had to bring my little terrier Shrimpy in last minute for an urgent express treatment and the experience was amazing. Check-in was warm and welcoming, the lobby is spotless and cute and Austin who took care of my Shrimp was absolutely amazing. So kind and welcoming and my lil guy was relaxed with her right away. We live in Midwood and will definitely be coming back with our 2 pups for future vet needs. Amazing customer service - Austin is the best, immediately put us both at ease. Delighted to have them in the area!
