During hurricane Helene all vets in the Asheville area were closed. I experienced a pet emergency and a friend recommended I contact Bright Vet. They were absolutely wonderful. My cat had to have 4 teeth removed and had an abscess in the back of her throat. The staff walked me through my options and even helped me get financial assistance. The location is well lit and cozy and doesn't feel like a normal stuffy vet office which I think helped my cat feel relaxed. I will definitely be back.

I love this animal hospital SO much! They were wonderful with my Great Dane, Malachi! I had to take him to the emergency vet because he had bloated. I needed to get his stomach tacked to his abdominal wall ASAP! Dr. Roberts was able to perform the surgery the same week. After experiencing the friendly, compassionate team at Bright Vet, I immediately changed vets! This is such a great place! I would highly recommend Bright Vet to anyone who wants a great experience when you take your much loved cat or dog to the doctor!

Meet Ragnar, our little Viking hero! We welcomed him home just before Hurricane Helene hit, and he stole our hearts. Our local veterinary clinics are all closed due to the power and water outages, and our new kitten needed some TLC - deworming, flea treatment, upper respiratory vaccine, and cat leukemia vaccine. Bright Vet in Arden came to the rescue, easing our worried minds. Today, Ragnar aced his vet visit! Bright Vet's clean, cheerful, bright atmosphere (pun intended). Our brave kitten behaved purrfectly, earning a clean bill of health from the best. Test results: negative for FIV and FeLV, and all necessary shots done. Rabies vaccination will have to wait until he's a bit older, but we will happily be back to Bright Vet when he's ready! Huge thanks to Bright Vet for their exceptional care, especially Dr. Robins. Wishing you all a meow-tastic day! ❤️😻✨️

Nothing but wonderfulness!! Dr Sam and her staff are so good with my beautiful but feisty Gypsy. They are so understanding regarding everything from knowing Gypsy is"extra" lol to showing nothing but respect for me and her. Thanks again Dr. Sam and Brite Vet!!

Best Vet Ever! Everyone we have interacted with has been kind, knowledgeable & very obvious animal lovers. Prices are reasonable & they are very clear about costs- never pushy or suggesting things we don’t really need. Communication is excellent & I truly appreciated the text updates & photos when our dog had to have a quick procedure done. It is Easy to schedule appts and reach a tech to ask questions when something comes up. Yes, the office is beautiful with lots of thoughtful touches- but what I care most about is the quality of care & they are AMAZING! I am constantly recommending this place!
