We got a new puppy. My daughter recommended Shoal Creek Animal Hospital. I was VERY nervous as we got a tiny dog. I LOVED Dr Perkins. She was great! All the staff was great as well. The just loved on my puppy so much. I was very happy. Pricing was reasonable too.

We want to thank you for the excellent service you provided to our pet in the past few years since we moved to KCMO. The entire staff was always friendly and helpful, explained in detail our options, and just truly professional throughout the process. It was one of the hardest decisions for us to make at his end of life time. But your staff helped us through the euthanasia and we appreciate it very much. Our dog Willow, had to have her eye removed. She gets her stitches out Wednesday. Dr. B is a great doctor and took really good care of our baby. All the Staff is super friendly and made it easy to get in.

Our son took our dog in because we were both working. It wasn't super serious, but the doctor called me from my sons phone and took extra time to explain everything and offer all the options. Was very thoughtful, caring, and took great care of her. So happy!

Took our family pet for an urgent care appointment. They got me in that day, was treated, given meds, and out of the door in under an hour. There was no waiting and the vet and technician took their time and was so gentle with our Roscoe. What made it better was that the overall treatment and medication was affordable. Highly recommend!
