Just moved here and needed a vet because my 97lb lab was having major separation anxiety issues. They got me in the same day. The staff is great. The doctor was wonderful and understanding. Gave me a prescription that has definitely helped and gave me a pamphlet on a dog trainer that can help us with her anxiety. I will absolutely use them again. Plus their fees were reasonable! Excellent customer service and teamwork geared toward my pet needs. The relief I have felt being able to get same day appts has meant everything to my pet and our family. Staff is smart, friendly, fun and empathetic. I love that Dr takes real time getting to know my pet. I love the respect given when giving prices up front before cares are given. So glad to have Animal Haven as my vet clinic.

I've had great experiences here. Vet, Amanda, and her staff provided excellent and compassionate care for our dog through the last half year of his life (pain management, discussing quality of life, etc). The staff was all also so great during the process of putting our dog to sleep - they provided empathy and compassion during a very difficult time for my family and I.

We recently had to put our sweet dog to sleep. Dr. Amanda and the entire team were so incredibly kind and compassionate throughout the entire process, many staff members stopped in before the procedure noting how great of a dog our boy was, stating how much they enjoyed him over the years, and giving their sincere condolences. We just received his ashes and they gave us several extra keepsakes along with his ashes which will forever be treasured. Can’t say enough how much their care and compassion means to us!
