We needed them in an emergency and they were there for us. The outcome wasn't what we wanted, but Arbor Hills treated us and Casper with such compassion for the situation we were in. This is by far one of the best clinics we have been to. So confident in their abilities this is where all my fur babies will go from now on! One week later they met our Gibson.

The staff is very responsive and caring. The vet Was very Knowledgeable and effective. The medication she prescribed took care of our Kitty’s sniffles.

Honestly just love this place. People are so welcoming right from the start. Even on the phone setting up the appointment. They take the best care of my kitties. Doctors are so friendly and down to earth. They're transparent in the costs and what would be most beneficial to you and your babies. Very accommodating. Genuine caring workers that work as a team. Beautiful and clean new building!!

My first contact was on the phone with Chris. I was seriously stressed about my cat's health and he made me feel at ease. It was a simple call, but at the time I needed to feel like I was making the right decision to change veterinary providers and I am really thankful that I did. Everyone is always helpful, answers my questions, and I never feel rushed.

So compassionate. We had to put our kitty down during the weekend through Blue Pearl (also awesome). Within a few days, we had gotten a sympathy card that everyone in the office signed with a note from each. They also planted a tree in memory of our baby
