Dr. Suh genuinely cares for animals he treats. He cleaned my dog’s teeth- scrubbed all tartar build up on her teeth without sedating her, which was a Huge Amazing Magic!!!! And plus whatever service our dogs had, he didn’t charge the way expected how expensive would it be like all other animal hospitals we experienced for our dogs treatment

2/9/23 My wife and I have taken our many rescued dogs to this veterinary hospital for over 10 years. I don't know where the hospital's veterinarians find such wonderful vet techs and front desk personnel. Visits are always quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. We've never experienced the high pressure or guilt trip shenanigans used by other practicing veterinarians, ie, medical veterinary doctors attempting to increase sales with spurious tests and/or questionable procedures.

Always a pleasant and quick experience. Appointments are kept short and sweet. I have been going here since I got my first cat when I was a todler. I have laughed, cried and smiled again as these wonderful people help me take care of my pets. After the loss of my Siamese Zoey last fall, they sent a card and gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye to her. A few months later they helped me welcome a 3 month old Siamese/Tabby mix, Jaeda, to the family. I will always trust these great people with my pets.

The staff at arbutus veterinary hospital is great. Not only are they very kind , they are very knowledgeable and professional. They take their time and make sure me and my pet is comfortable with every procedure being done. The dr.s and their staff make sure everything is explained in details and all questions are answered in depth. Always a great experience here , I will recommend 100% hands down.
