We were treated like we matter & not like a number. We were given the gentle & urgent care we needed for our little Jack Russell, Chi Chi. Someone rushed to the car to help us right away, as Chi Chi probably had a stroke. Everyone is so helpful & caring. The excellent doctor explained everything in a loving manner. We are very happy our baby is in their hands. Another emergency place was less than thoughtful & we turned around to come here instead. Good choice. Thank you to everyone who helped us here. You are fantastic.

The entire staff is GREAT! Every visit has been quick, with an extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. My puppy loves everyone, and even my kitty likes some of them and she's mean. Their online pet portal is very easy to use whether scheduling, moving, or canceling appointments. Just to add on to the greatness, it's a hospital. In the event of an emergency, I know I can count on them. I highly recommend Eastern Animal Hospital to everyone.

Excellent manner and services. Mr. Brown can be a little anti-social. However, they made the experience easy. We’d had some challenges with his previous vet(s) so, I researched and decided to give them a try. We’re finally “home”. 😊 The images are after the visit. A bit tuckered out, but healthy and happy…that’s all that matters.

The service for my pet Miracle was outstanding. The staff was friendly, kind, and provided excellent customer service to me & my cat. The moment I walked through the door I was greeted with a friendly attitude, good communication, and a team that goes the extra mile for their clients.
