The front desk staff at Citypets has gone above and beyond to provide for me. I had shared with Valerie of my physical illness causing certain barriers and issues for me, and when she noticed that I hadn’t arrived at the time I had informed her I would she took the time to give me a call to ensure that I was safe. Upon arrival both Valerie and Alexis showed empathy towards my financial situation and both had offered me food from their personal lunches after I had shared about my food stamps being cut. This level of understanding for personal adversities is REMARKABLE and hard to come by especially in positions of customer service. Dr. Shook and her team have been absolutely phenomenal! I adopted my cat Onyx at the beginning of the pandemic and have been bringing her back to CityPets consistently for her checkups. Overall great customer service and they genuinely care about my pets overall health. As long as I’m living in the DMV, CityPets will be my primary choice.
