I have been consistently impressed and touched with each and every one of the staff at West Concord Animal Hospital. They are so caring, knowledgeable and accommodating and they are never rushed. They always zoom in immediately on the pets to make a genuine connect with each one that I have observed. Today another fur baby mom and I were raving about them and comparing to other below adequate vet services. She drives all the way from Arlington just because of the great staff here after having not so great experiences locally. Maybe the staff’s vibe is why most of the pets I’ve seen in the waiting room are so chill, even dog next to cat! Thank you WCAH! Jennifer Anderson

West Concord Animal Clinic is a fantastic vet clinic that offers the best care and the entire staff is so nice and caring. Dr Cole is so kind and knowledgeable. My cat bubba loves her!

West Concord Animal Hospital is a wonderful clinic. They are up to date with current medical technology yet provide a homey old-time feeling. Dr. Cole has been our vet for over 15 years. Our pets became patients of hers at Arlington Animal Clinic (also a terrific clinic). Our cat is a current patient at the Arlington location. We followed Dr. Cole to West Concord for our new puppy. She cared for our previous dog from the beginning to the end of his life. The West Concord support staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We felt right at home. I highly recommend West Concord Animal Clinic or Arlington Animal Clinic. Both Dr. Cole and Dr. Schickler run a great business at either location.

When looking for a new veterinarian for our three dogs, we wanted to look close to home and found the West Concord Animal Clinic. As new clients, we have been very pleased with the care we have received. The front desk staff, the techs, and Dr. Cole have been very gentle with our dogs and helpful with our inquiries; willing to explain treatment plans, go over our care options, and break down billing. Fantastic experience as a first time patient here. I scheduled my dog as an emergency this morning, and from the phone call through the in person visit and follow up, everyone was very professional, friendly and attentive! I am so glad I did not have to go to Mass Vet Woburn as an emergency, and was grateful to be seen the same day. I’m excited to transfer my senior dog’s care to Dr. Cole and her whole team!
