I won’t take my pets anywhere else in Manhattan! The ladies at the front desk are always so friendly & welcoming. Natalia is so patient and gentle with my two nervous heelers, Joey & Flint. They love coming to see her for pets & treats! Thank you guys for all you do :)

I recently had to take my older, huge cat for some routine assessment. I was very impressed with this practice, both for their care and their facilities. My cat, who is normally afraid of strangers, was very quiet and calm for his visit with the veterinarian and their associates, which is remarkable considering his size. It was one of the calmest vet visits I've ever had with him! The lab sample was obtained with little to no problems, and the results were rapidly forwarded to me via the internet, which was very nice. I would very strongly recommend this practice for all of these reasons, not to mention my cat's behavioral recommendation. His opinions do count.

I will never take our doodle anywhere else! We had her teeth cleaned and multiple teeth extracted. First class service from the time you walk in to walk out. Dr. Iseman is one of the most thorough, intelligent, kindest doctors I’ve ever encountered in any field. Liz was the assistant and is extremely knowledgeable and made our experience so enjoyable. I willingly spent 3 hours waiting at the clinic because the atmosphere was so pleasant.

Animal Doctor Westside is awesome! I have four fur babies (cats) and all have needed some sort of care at some point. The doctors and techs at ADW are all great and care so much about the animals. 10/10, would highly recommend!

I feel safe bringing my pets here. I feel like the best vets are ran by people who love animals and the people who work here love animals! Every time I come in they readily welcome me. They constantly talk about how much of a joy it was to have my pets here! They love interacting with them and checking up on them. I worry that my pets will be lonely when they sometimes stay over night but the people here always check on them and give me a full detailed report on how they did. I know my pets are safe hers and well taken care of. Recently they have started emailing me quotes of how much a service may be depending on which services I want. I love this kind of transparency. Also they called the day after to check up on my pet after I took him home! That was a lovely surprise. I wont take my pets anywhere else ever.
