How to Save Money at Noblesville Pet Wellness Clinic
Schedule Regular Vet Visits
One of the best ways to save on vet bills is to prevent expensive health issues before they develop. By scheduling regular wellness checkups, your vet can detect health issues early, helping you to avoid costly treatments and surgeries down the road.
Price Shop for Pet Prescriptions
Oftentimes our fur babies are prescribed human drugs off-label. Your vet is apt to charge more for these medications than you would pay at your local pharmacy. In fact, big-box or chain pharmacies can offer steep discounts. So it’s best to price shop.
Pet Insurance
Most pet insurance providers will pay between 80% and 90% of the vet bill. You can even get coverage for routine care and things like vaccinations and dental cleanings. If you do the math, you’ll most likely find that pet insurance makes financial sense in the long run as well as gives you peace of mind.

Get Quotes & CompareGetting to Know Your New Vet: Essential Questions to Ask
Choosing a new veterinarian is an important decision for any pet owner. You want to find someone who is competent, compassionate, and a good fit for you and your fur baby. To help you get the most out of your first appointment, here's a list of essential questions to ask your new vet:
Tell me about your experience with [pet type].
Different vets have different areas of specialization. Some are experts with cats, some dogs, some pocket pets, and some horses. Knowing that your vet has vast experience treating your specific type of pet can bring you peace of mind.
How do you handle emergencies?
You must know what to do in case of a pet medical emergency. Inquire what after-hours policy the clinic has, whether they have on-site emergency care available, and if they have a relationship with any nearby emergency animal hospitals.
How do you communicate with pet owners?
Good communication is key to building a trusting relationship with your vet. Ask how they prefer to communicate (phone calls, emails, online portal) and how often you can expect to hear from them.
Are there any breed-specific health concerns I should be aware of?
Some breeds are predisposed to certain health conditions. Knowing what to watch out for can help you catch problems early and get your pet the treatment they need.
Do you have any questions for me about my pet?
This is a great question to ask because the answer will show that the vet is interested in getting to know your pet as an individual and is willing to listen to your concerns.
Bonus question: Can I take a tour of your facility?
Getting a feel for the clinic's environment can help you and your pet feel more comfortable during your visits. Remember, you’re not just looking for a veterinarian, you’re looking for a partnership. Do not be afraid to ask these questions and any others you can think of. Any vet worth their salt will be happy to answer them. Because the more informed you are, the better equipped you'll be to make decisions about your pet's care! And that should be every vet’s top priority.

Our sweet beagle, Cali, injured herself a few months ago on a Friday night. Our normal vet couldn’t see her for at least a week, so I was blown away when Pet Wellness Clinic could see her immediately on a Saturday. We quickly found out how compassionate their staff is and how much more affordable they were compared to the thousands we had spent on pet care elsewhere. The team here worked with me through every tearful call for the next few months as our baby tried to recover from her injuries. When she finally became paralyzed last week, we knew it was time to say goodbye. The team at Pet Wellness Clinic made this experience as comfortable as it could possibly be and allowed her to pass peacefully and gave me space to stay as long as I needed to grieve with my girl. The next day, beautiful flowers showed up from the clinic right as her remains arrived. I just can’t thank this group enough for making some of the scariest and most heartbreaking days of our lives just a little bit easier.

We took our 15yr old pug there bc she became lethargic & had a slight fever. After getting fluids & a prescription of antibiotics she passed away 30mins later. I called to tell them they were so kind & compassionate. A wk later we received a card signed by everyone with sweet messages. Especially from those who treated her. They fell in love with her as we did too. Thank you ❤️

The is the best place to bring your pet. I am very picky (probably overly picky) on what veterinarians take care of my golden mountain doodle named Sugar. I have left veterinarians immediately due to them not being perfect. Like i said i am picky. My dog is not just a dog to me. She is my daughter and i love her as much as my own human daughter. And I expect the best for her! I am so glad we finally found the best. I love the veterinarian. He is cool laid back and really knows his stuff. I am so happy i can feel comfortable knowing when i need to take Sugar for any checkup she needs ; she will be in the best hands here. I expect perfection and these guy’s exceeded that. Wow

Around a year ago my small daschund had a hard time walking and had a lot of pain in his hind legs and had his stomach clinched. We took him to the pet wellness clinic three times and spent over $500 for them to continuously tell us that our dog was faking this injury and that there was nothing wrong with him, but they did comment that he had a single flea on him when they did their exam and that we should get that taken care of, implying we were poor pet owners. Fast forward to today, our dog has had a similar set of symptoms. We took him to a different vet as we moved states, and within ten minutes of seeing our dog the vet was able to identify that our dog has a degenerative disease in his vertebrae. He asked if he had ever exhibited symptoms like this and we immediately told him about the incident and our experience at pet wellness clinic, and he immediately said given the symptoms he had and we described they should’ve been able to tell this by a routine exam. I understand not everything gets caught, but the lack of candor, and lack of seriousness this place treated my pet with, along with the odd mentioning of the single flea on my dog really makes me question how this place has so many positive reviews.

The care my dogs receive has always been exceptional. The staff are very friendly and usually get us an appt right away when needed. When they don't have availability they find an appt at another clinic close by and they have been great as well. Thank you for the care and love of my dogs!
