Profits over pets. The doctor there ordered test after test without explaining why or even giving us the results or his opinion about what was happening. When I asked him to explain why he was so freely spending my money he told me he “(would) not be challenged.” They fill the examination rooms with clients and then make them wait for 20-40 minutes regularly without checking in them. They don’t respect their patients, the owners, or your time. They lack competence and professionalism. I think you would be better taking any pet you really care about anywhere else.

Absolutely the worst place iv been to! Do not take your pets here. I went to take my dog for an emergency tooth extraction, they refused to do the surgery because they said he tested positive for heart-worms. They said they did 3 different tests and all came back positive, then they wanted to quote me $2600 for treatment instead of $900 for the tooth. I went and got a second opinion and had more testing done. All those came back negative. This clinic is nothing but a scam! They don’t care about you or your pet! They would’ve taken my money and potentially killed a healthy dog just to get some extra cash. Plus now he has to wait longer to get his broken tooth fixed and continue to be in more pain. I am beyond mad at this clinic. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will never recommend or come here again! They should be ashamed of running a business that only cares about money and nothing else! It makes me sick!

Entire staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. I love that the multiple locations have all my pets’ records. They explained everything clearly and gave my dog excellent care.

I love this clinic! I have six pets and run a local pet care company and have worked with many Indianapolis very clinics and I have by far the most pleased with this newer clinic in the Broad Ripple area! They have showed great precautions during this global pandemic and have been very accommodating to new and current clients. My English setter has been going there since the day we brought her home and she genuinely gets thrilled as we pull into the parking lot!
