How to Save Money at All Pet Low Cost Surgery Center
Schedule Regular Vet Visits
One of the best ways to save on vet bills is to prevent expensive health issues before they develop. By scheduling regular wellness checkups, your vet can detect health issues early, helping you to avoid costly treatments and surgeries down the road.
Price Shop for Pet Prescriptions
Oftentimes our fur babies are prescribed human drugs off-label. Your vet is apt to charge more for these medications than you would pay at your local pharmacy. In fact, big-box or chain pharmacies can offer steep discounts. So it’s best to price shop.
Pet Insurance
Most pet insurance providers will pay between 80% and 90% of the vet bill. You can even get coverage for routine care and things like vaccinations and dental cleanings. If you do the math, you’ll most likely find that pet insurance makes financial sense in the long run as well as gives you peace of mind.

Get Quotes & CompareGetting to Know Your New Vet: Essential Questions to Ask
Choosing a new veterinarian is an important decision for any pet owner. You want to find someone who is competent, compassionate, and a good fit for you and your fur baby. To help you get the most out of your first appointment, here's a list of essential questions to ask your new vet:
Tell me about your experience with [pet type].
Different vets have different areas of specialization. Some are experts with cats, some dogs, some pocket pets, and some horses. Knowing that your vet has vast experience treating your specific type of pet can bring you peace of mind.
How do you handle emergencies?
You must know what to do in case of a pet medical emergency. Inquire what after-hours policy the clinic has, whether they have on-site emergency care available, and if they have a relationship with any nearby emergency animal hospitals.
How do you communicate with pet owners?
Good communication is key to building a trusting relationship with your vet. Ask how they prefer to communicate (phone calls, emails, online portal) and how often you can expect to hear from them.
Are there any breed-specific health concerns I should be aware of?
Some breeds are predisposed to certain health conditions. Knowing what to watch out for can help you catch problems early and get your pet the treatment they need.
Do you have any questions for me about my pet?
This is a great question to ask because the answer will show that the vet is interested in getting to know your pet as an individual and is willing to listen to your concerns.
Bonus question: Can I take a tour of your facility?
Getting a feel for the clinic's environment can help you and your pet feel more comfortable during your visits. Remember, you’re not just looking for a veterinarian, you’re looking for a partnership. Do not be afraid to ask these questions and any others you can think of. Any vet worth their salt will be happy to answer them. Because the more informed you are, the better equipped you'll be to make decisions about your pet's care! And that should be every vet’s top priority.

Took my senior foster dog there for tooth extractions and to be neutered, and *loved* the center. I greatly appreciate that you have designated drop-off and pick-up times so there is no chance of further traumatizing your pet through an unfavorable encounter with another pet. The staff were super helpful, gave clear instructions (written and oral) for my buddy's aftercare, and from what I can tell so far (2 days later), did an amazing job on the surgery. The staff are also supportive, compassionate, friendly, and personable. Will definitely return for any future surgery needs.

The experience was great. The Dr. and staff were very courteous. We had some questions during the healing process, they answered all and were great. My dog was much more relaxed than I. Highly recommend this team!

This vet office deserves 10 stars my pit bull/ English bull dog mix loki had a cancerous tumor on his testicles 3 places refused to touch him an we was referred to there office cause he had a god awful heart murmur an with having a shorter snout it is harder for him to breathe but Dr.Petersman came in listened to his heart an was beyond confident he could remove his balls and the tumor attached to them an by god he did my boy made it through his surgery great an is at home recovering wonderfully the staff an Dr.Petersman was beyond great very informative informed us of the very high risk of loki passing cause of his heart, an one of the best parts they was extremely affordable witch was a blessing since everyone wanted a couple thousands of dollars. But I highly highly recommend this office if u have a high risk pet that needs surgery they will be in the absolute best hands humanly possible. Below is loki day after surgery he's doing great!!!

I took my 13 year old dog, Phillis, to all pet for a surgery consult. We live out of town and no vet would touch the mass growing on her hind leg. She could barely walk and had multiple falls. The mass burst and was not closing. All Pet debulked the mass, same day, and did a wonderful job patching Phillis up. It's been less than 24 hours since her surgery and she's walking just fine. The staff were wonderful, Dr. Petersmann was straight forward and honest about risks due to Phil's medical history and age. If any other surgery services are needed for any of our other pets, we'll be returning to All Pet.

after my cat swallowed a foreign body, we were seen at noah’s animal hospital and referred here. his procedure took all of an hour and was done same day. as said before, low cost does not mean low care. dr. petersmann and team were so communicative with our options and took great care of our cat. i truly felt as if i knew all my options and was not forced into any decisions regarding how we pursued care. from a financial perspective, if all pet low cost surgery center was not an option, i truly don’t think we would have been able to afford the care needed for our cat. i will recommend everyone to seek any emergency treatment with the team here. seriously, the most authentic vet i’ve ever visited!
