Vetco Total Care

Great staff! Everyone was friendly. Everything was explained in detail. Has the convience of being inside the PETCO Store itself. My dogs love going inside PETCO anyway. Our German Shepherd had a great experience here.

I’ve been a member of the Petco vital care program for about two years, and did not realize the benefits with Vetco care. I was completely blown away by how helpful and friendly the staff is and knowledgeable! I have a Shiba Inu an they tend to have allergy issues often. I was very relieved that the doctor took time to address my concerns and provide the best solution for my dog! My dog was very content with the staff while being checked out and happy! Thank you!!!

Great attention to detail in every aspect of the visit. Thorough consultation and overall, a perfect visit. Eli was so relaxed that he fell asleep at my feet. That told me so much!! Wonderful, knowledgeable, caring, & empathetic is an accurate description of Dr. Otto. The Intake nurse, Barb, I believe, a great addition to the staff! Thank you for great care.

I have nothing but great things to say! 1.)super affordable, especially if you have a puppy then get petco’s premier rewards program, free vet exams and $15/mo rewards to use at the vet or store for only $20/mo! So worth it!! They also sometimes run deals and discounts like vaccine bundle discount which just makes it so much better and easier to afford my dogs care which im thankful for! 2.) All of the staff are so kind, understanding, caring, & nonjudgemental! Makenzie and Dr. Otto are phenomenal! 3.) it started with my new puppy needing a last minute appt and they were able to fit us in on a Sunday due to a cancellation but what vets are open some Sundays!? Like none, lol so the fact they were available on a Sunday & last minute work in was great! Whenever I had to reschedule they were always great about helping me too. So worth it & will be having my other dog now transfer care to Vetco. Thank you for all you guys do!

In my search for a new vet I found Vetco TotalCare, inside of Petco. I was able to book the appointment online easily and they had next day turn around which is awesome. I was also looking for someone that would take CareCredit, which they do! After setting the appointment I received a phone call to confirm and let me know what to expect/bring for the appointment. Upon my arrival I was greeted warmly by a gentleman and checked in immediately. I cannot give Barb enough praise her official title may be VetTech? I'm not certain. BUT she was great with my pup, and answered any questions I had prior to seeing the actual Dr. The Dr was equally warm and kind and very thorough in explaining his next steps for my pups vaccination schedule and being mindful of my concerns. I will say they are also upfront about pricing and before they perform any services you sign and agree. Hope this helps someone and again thanks Vetco!
