Several times I have been told one thing and apparently that wasn't what was wrong. Just recently was told my teen dog had arthritis,a week later she died in my arms at home!!! One of my dogs has been on three different medications to try to get rid of a cough/hack, nothing has helped at all.

Rating this only based on 1st impression. Called to make appointment as a new client. Was told they were not taking new patients, that was ok I understand. Then called back asking about retail products etc as I am new to the area, both times the person answering the phone was very rude and short with me. I guess they don't sell shampoo or anything there that a pet may need.
