Very grateful for Dr. Ross and all of the wonderful staff at My Neighborhood Vet! I didn’t think I’d ever find a practice like this to take my pups too but and so thankful we did. Thank you all for how caring and detailed you are, for treating our pups like your own! All 4 of our pups have seen Dr. Ross and every time we come in, it’s the same exceptional care and attentiveness. I think we have met just about the entire team and each of them have made such an amazing lasting impression. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. We don’t know what we would have done without them! Everyone at this office is passionate about giving the best care possible, provide clear and detailed communication and are just some of the kindest and nicest people I’ve met! One of our pups has high anxiety/doesn’t do well with others and getting her to see a doctor has been so challenging but Dr. Ross and team have made giving her the best medical care possible and we can never thank them enough! I couldn't be more thrilled to find My Neighborhood vet. We first started going here a couple of years ago when we got a puppy. We loved them so much, that I switched our cat's veterinarian, who she had been going to for years, to Dr. Ross. Every time we come into the office, we feel welcomed and greeted by the staff. Even during times that were stressful, like when our dog broke his leg, or our cat was very sick, they always made us feel safe and cared for. Dr. Ross is excellent and very knowledgeable. The vet techs are also stellar. They are very smart, understand the inner workings of animals and are passionate about what they do. I feel like they treat our pets as if they are their own. I highly recommend My Neighborhood Vet!

Dr. Ross and all his staff were very professional and knowledgeable on everything that needs to be done for the USDA to travel abroad. They were able to get me all the necessary documentation I needed and even corrected the documentation that was incorrect. Very thorough and attentive, would definitely recommend!

The staff is incredible! Dr. Ross is so welcoming and is great at communicating every step of the way. Tina is so wonderful with Baxter, she takes the time to understand that he is a little misunderstood and give him his meds in her hand mixed with peanut butter! The practice is so clean and welcoming. The whole staff is always in good spirits and helpful! 10/10 recommend!
